в Delphi мигает при получении

Мерцание ScrollBar TScrollBar в Delphi мигает при получении фокуса. Как избежать этого мерцания?

Такая же проблема и при перемещении стандартного бегунка полосы прокрутки. Лечится одинаково: установкой свойства TabStop в False.

Как отловить сообщения о прокрутке TscrollBar? Своим опытом делится Олег Кулабухов:

Нижеприведенный пример передвигает второй ScrollBar на такое же количество едениц, на которое передвинет пользователь первый. Т.е. синхронизирует их.
